Economou & Co LLC Contributes to the World Justice Project’s 2026 Rule of Law Index
Economou & Co LLC is pleased to announce that, for another consecutive year, it has contributed to the World Justice Project’s Rule of Law Index (WJP), an independent global initiative dedicated to strengthening and advancing the rule of law worldwide.
Our firm provided expert input on behalf of Cyprus for the upcoming 2026 Rule of Law Index, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to legal transparency, institutional accountability and the promotion of the rule of law.
The Rule of Law Index, which covers more than 140 countries and jurisdictions, assesses how the rule of law is experienced and perceived in practice.
It examines key areas including constraints on government powers, absence of corruption, open government, fundamental rights, order and security, regulatory enforcement, civil justice and criminal justice.
We look forward to the publication of this year’s results in the coming months and remain committed to supporting judicial integrity, due process and the continued strengthening of the rule of law in Cyprus.
